American Giant does credit to its name with their selection high quality, American made clothing. Among which is a wide variety of t-shirts, with designs for both men and women. It was only in 2023 that they heard a t-shirt factory in a small town in Pennsylvania, that had been operating for over 100 years, was about to close its doors and they decided to purchase it. So instead of losing their jobs, the employees could get straight back to work making 100% made in USA tees! You’ll find both men’s and women’s shirts in a variety of soft colors.

For imprinting, and colors they can’t otherwise achieve, they use low-impact dyes. To those looking for t-shirts made in USA, we mostly recommend this brand for women and kids, as many of the men’s tees are made in Nicaragua.

It’s a mystery to us how SOS From Texas manages to sell 100% American made t-shirts at such affordable prices. Not only are the t-shirts entirely made in the USA; they also use 100% organic cotton grown by the same family that owns the brand! Their only downside is their webshop looks a little outdated, but don’t let that that stop you from trying out their tees.

Spiritex

Spiritex is the perfect combination of organic and American made. They source organic cotton from a Texan farmers collective, which is then transported to the Carolinas, where all other processes, from the knitting and dyeing of the fabric to the sewing of their tees, take place. You can find a wide array of designs, especially for women, as well as a large collection of graphic tees.

As you might gather from their name, the Classic T-shirt Company is almost completely dedicated to perfecting just one article of clothing: the t-shirt. And they’re doing a pretty good job of it. They source responsibly grown, organic cotton from fair trade farms in India which is then shipped to the USA. Once there, the knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, quality control and packaging all take place in a vertically integrated facility which takes great care in minimizing their environmental impact, especially during the dyeing process.
