MBL Agency is the part of the Made By Liberty project that leverages our experience in online marketing and e-commerce to help companies with responsibly made products grow their business online. We’re located in Belgium, but work flawlessly with international clients, with fluent communication in both English and Dutch.

While researching manufacturers located in free countries, we noticed how many of them have poorly designed websites. With many other issues taking precedence, maintaining a modern website gets pushed down their priority list.
These days however, your website is your public storefront. Having a website that looks outdated is a surefire way to make a bad first impression and miss out on potential customers.
Meanwhile, online resellers put most of their focus on optimizing their website and marketing strategies; consequently outperforming many responsible manufacturers in online sales.

We would like to take a brief moment to lay out the key values we adhere to when working with our clients and partners. If you’re somewhat familiar with the Made By Liberty projects, you will have come across several of these before.
- Freedom:
We don’t believe in locking our clients into contracts unless absolutely necessary. If you’re doing business with us, it should be because it’s beneficial, not because you’re contractually obliged to do so. If you don’t feel our services are meeting the required standards, you can cancel at any time. - Honesty:
We want you to have peace of mind when working with us. That’s why we’re always open and honest about our pricing and capabilities, as well as proactive in making sure you always have a good understanding about the status and costs of any project, both before and during its execution. - Privacy:
When working together, you might have to share sensitive or private data with us. Not only do we treat such data as highly confidential, we also try to erase any digital traces (emails, documents, etc. ) if they are no longer required. Ensuring that data cannot be leaked in case of a breach. - Fair exchange:
While we operate as a business, we don’t see making money as our sole objective. Our goal is to deliver a quality service and receive fair compensation for it. Dragging out projects to ensure continuous revenue or overcharging for services by taking advantage of a clients ignorance are practices we abhor and will never participate in.

FAQ
As we determine exact pricing for every project individually, we can’t give an exact numbers. You can always contact us for a free and non-binding estimate.
But to give you a general idea, a relatively simple company website will cost around $1500, while smaller changes will be charged at $50/hour.
Absolutely. If you believe our services are no longer required or do no meet your expectations, you just have to send us a message. We will of course always try to make sure you leave us a satisfied client, so we might reach out with a proposition to fix any issues. Once the cancellation is certain, we will send you an invoice with for any the unpaid balance.
In case of serious under-performance or errors from our part, we might wave payment of the remaining balance or even issue a refund.
Yes, but currently only for relatively simple websites. When we design a website from scratch, our goal is to make sure it requires minimal upkeep and can be managed by your own internal team if necessary.
