Our Process
We work with an easy step-by-step process, which allows you to always know where we are and what we’re doing, even if you’re unfamiliar with the workings of web-design and -maintenance. Throughout the entire process, we pride ourselves on honest, fast and clear communication.
First level: Free Consultation & Report
1. Contact
Reach out to us with a potential project, either reviewing an existing website or creating a new one. You can contact us through either email or social media. This is completely non-binding and absolutely free.
2. Review & Negotiation
- In case you ask us to review your website, we either make a global evaluation or limit our review to those areas you requested. If we find any issues we try to determine possible fixes.
- In case you reached out to us with a specific project, we review it and determine whether it’s something we can do. If necessary we ask additional questions to get a good view of your expectations
3. Report
- In case of a website review we publish our findings, together with the possible fixes to any issues, in an easy to read report and deliver it to you through email.
- In case of a project, we deliver a project proposal including the details of what work will be done, as well as an estimation of our compensation.
When we reviewed your website and you would like us to fix any issues, simply repeat this level as a project proposal. If you agree to our project proposal, we move on to the second level.
Second level: Webdesign Services
1. Project execution
We execute the project as determined in the project proposal. Throughout this process we keep you updated on our progress, hours worked and any potential issues we run into.
2. Review & Adjust
You review our work and we make any desired adjustments.
3. Invoice & Payment
Once you’re happy with the end result we finish up the project and send you an invoice, to be paid within 30 days.
If you’re satisfied with our work and would like us to make sure your website stays up to date at all times, you can take a look at the third level.
Third level: Website Maintenance
1. Drafting contract
Together we determine what maintenance services we will perform and what their cost will be.
2. Regular Maintenance
We perform regular maintenance on your website. When you want any other specific changes made, you can contact us at any time and we execute them as soon as possible.
3. Reporting & Billing
At the end of every month we send you an invoice for that month’s services, together with a brief status update regarding your website. When additional services had to be preformed, we include a report stating their nature, causes, fixes and cost breakdown.
The last two steps will be repeated monthly until you cancel the contract.

As we determine exact pricing for every project individually, we can’t give an exact numbers. You can always contact us for a free and non-binding estimate.
But to give you a general idea, a relatively simple company website will cost around $1500, while smaller changes will be charged at $50/hour.
Absolutely. If you believe our services are no longer required or do no meet your expectations, you just have to send us a message. We will of course always try to make sure you leave us a satisfied client, so we might reach out with a proposition to fix any issues. Once the cancellation is certain, we will send you an invoice with for any the unpaid balance.
In case of serious under-performance or errors from our part, we might wave payment of the remaining balance or even issue a refund.
Yes, but currently only for relatively simple websites. When we design a website from scratch, our goal is to make sure it requires minimal upkeep and can be managed by your own internal team if necessary.
